WW1 German memorial card remembering Vigil Huber who was a son of a farmer in Ginsham. He was a soldier of the 5th Bavarian Reserve Infantry Regiment 2nd Corps. On August 30th 1916in the heavy fighting on the Somme, after 23 months of faithful fulfilment of duty, suffered a heroic death for his fatherland at the age of 24.
