WW1 North Staffordshire Officers cap in amazing condition for its age. The cap badge is the mid war 'economy' single casting type and looks to be original to the cap. The chin strap on the cap is mint as well as the cloth material on the outside of the cap is near mint with one moth hole to the left of the and some marks which is typical considering its ago. Inside the cap is again in incredible condition considering its age with some signs of wear around the leather sweat band. On the band itself the original size label is still present and it is maker marked by William Anderson and sons, military outfitters Edinburgh and Glasgow.
